1. Program Overview

Daisy Lane Early Learning offers a Refer a Friend reward to existing enrolled families who introduce a new family that enrols and commences care at the Centre. The program applies to qualifying referrals made between 1 October 2026 and 1 December 2026 (the “Referral Window”).

2. Eligibility

• The Referring Family must have a currently enrolled child at Daisy Lane Early Learning at the time of referral, and at the time the reward is issued.
• The Referred Family must be a new family with no prior enrolment at Daisy Lane Early Learning.
• The referral must be made, and the Referred Family's initial enquiry or enrolment must occur, within the Referral Window (1 October 2026 – 1 December 2026).
• The Referred Family must complete a formal enrolment and attend a minimum of 4 weeks of care before the reward is issued.
• The referral must be disclosed at the time of the Referred Family's initial enquiry or enrolment by quoting the Referring Family's name.

3. Reward

• The Referring Family will receive a $100 reward in the form of a gift voucher.
• The reward will be issued within 7 days of the Referred Family completing the qualifying attendance period.
• The reward is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

4. Limit

• There is no limit on the number of referrals a family can make during the Referral Window; however, each new family may only be referred once.
• The Centre reserves the right to limit total rewards issued at its discretion.

5. CCS Compliance

This reward is provided as a direct thank-you payment to the Referring Family and does not constitute a reduction in session fees. It will not affect either family's Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlement.

The Centre will meet all obligations under Family Assistance Law, including accurate fee reporting to Services Australia.

6. Consumer Law

This program is subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Privacy

By participating, families consent to their referral details being recorded and used solely for the purpose of administering this program, in accordance with the Centre's Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & Cancellation

Daisy Lane Early Learning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program at any time. Rewards already earned prior to cancellation will be honoured. Referrals made after 1 December 2026 will not be eligible unless the program is formally extended.
