That First Call
Take a deep breath and give us a call. We’ll chat about your little one, answer your questions, and arrange a tour that works around your schedule.

Your Personal Tour
No rushing, no pressure. We’ll show you around at your pace, introduce you to our caring educators, and let you see our children happily playing and learning. Bring your little one – they’ll love it!
Take Your Time
Go home, talk it over with your loved ones, and maybe even sleep on it! We know that it is such an important step for all families. We’ll send you our welcome pack with all the details. There’s no rush – this is your decision.
Ready to Join?
When you’re ready (and only when you’re ready!), we’ll help you complete the enrolment paperwork by sending the link to enrol online. We’ll explain everything clearly and help with Childcare Care Subsidy and Kindergarten funding applications too.
Getting Comfortable
Before the official start, we’ll invite you to a “Stay and play” visit. Your child will meet their new friends and educators, making their first real day so much easier.

Should I bring my child to the tour?
Absolutely! Many families find it helpful to see how their little one reacts to the space. But if you prefer to look around first on your own, that’s perfectly fine too.
I'm feeling anxious about childcare - is that normal?
So, so normal! Most families feel this way. Our gentle approach and experienced team will help you feel completely confident about your choice. We’re here to support you, not pressure you.
What if my child has special needs or dietary requirements?
We love supporting all children! During your tour, we’ll discuss your child’s specific needs and how we can best support them. Every child deserves to feel included and valued.
How much does it cost?
We’ll provide a complete fee schedule during your tour, including Child Care Subsidy information. Many families are pleasantly surprised by how affordable quality care can be!
What if I'm not ready to start yet?
No worries at all! Many families tour months before they need care. We can keep you updated on availability and answer any questions that come up along the way.
Will you pressure me to enrol after the tour?
Never! We believe the right fit happens naturally. Take all the time you need to decide. We’re here when you’re ready, with no pressure ever.
