Log in to your MyGov account online. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create an account first.
Link Centrelink
Connect your Centrelink account to MyGov if you haven’t already done so.
Complete Assessment
Fill out the Child Care Subsidy assessment form with your income and activity details.
Confirm Enrolment
Verify your enrolment details with Daisy Lane Early Learning to activate your subsidy.

Important information about fees, holidays, and sick days.
Fees, Holidays & Sick Days:
Public Holidays
Daisy Lane Early Learning is closed on public holidays. Fees still apply if your regular attendance days fall on a public holiday. The good news? CCS will still apply to public holidays, unless you’ve already used your 42 allowable absence days for the year.
Sick Days & Absences
We understand that little ones get sick! Fees are payable for all absences, including sickness, holidays, and cancellation of booked days. Families are entitled to 42 days of allowable absences in each financial year, which can be used for any reason and without the need to produce supporting documentation (including public holidays).
Payment Information
Fees are paid by the family weekly in advance and via Direct Debit, either from a bank account or credit card. Payments are direct debit only, which authorises us to arrange for funds to be debited from your account to cover your child’s fees.

Important Labelling Reminder
Please label EVERYTHING with your child’s name! From water bottles to spare socks, clear labelling helps our educators ensure your child’s belongings make it home safely each day.
Food & Drinks
- Water bottle (clearly labelled)
Clothing
- 2-3 changes of seasonally appropriate clothing
- Sun hat for outdoor play
- Weather-appropriate jacket or sweater
- 5-6 nappies per day (If required)
Rest Time
- Fitted cot sheet
- Comfort items such as a dummy in a sealed container or blanket.
What’s included in your fees
Food & Drinks
- Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are all healthy, nutritious meals prepared by our in-house chef.
Personal Care
- Nappies, wipes, sunscreen
Sessions Options
Flexible care options to suit your family’s needs. At Daisy Lane Early Learning, we understand that every family has unique needs. We offer flexible session options to accommodate your work schedule and family life:
Session times:
Session 11.5 Hours – 6:30am – 6:00pm
Session 10 Hour Early – 6:30am – 4:30pm
Session 10 Hour Middle – 7:30am – 5:30pm
Session 10 Hour Late – 8:00am – 6:00pm
Grace Period
Life happens, and we get it! We offer a 15-minute grace period on either side of your session times (except for full-day sessions). This small buffer helps accommodate those unexpected delays that are part of family life. An additional charge per minute will be incurred thereafter.
